2. Strictly adhere to the quality construction and acceptance standards.
3. Inspect the engineering parts and construction procedures every day, and immediately rectify any parts that do not meet the requirements.
II. Ensuring safety measures
Adhere to the principle of "safety first, prevention foremost", strictly implement technical measures for safe production in accordance with relevant regulations of the Municipal Construction Commission, and establish a responsibility system for safe production. Strictly comply with the "Construction Safety Regulations" and all systems of Party A, and ensure that materials are used up and the site is cleaned upon completion of construction.
III. Quality acceptance standards
1. Based on the actual site conditions, inspect whether the surface is flat and smooth, and conduct acceptance inspection according to the design specifications and standards.
2. The acceptance requirements for laying quality are as follows:
The surface is free of damage; the scribing specifications are neat; it is horizontal and vertical, with no gaps, no bubbles, no missing glue, no water accumulation, and no debonding; it is smooth and flat; the color is uniform and consistent, and the design meets the standard specifications.
IV. Maintenance after Completion
During the product warranty period, the company will send professional personnel to conduct on-site inspections, promptly address any issues found, and provide free maintenance and cleaning training guidance upon request. Within two years, they will arrive at the scene within 48 hours upon receiving a repair notice.
Explanation of quality warranty responsibility: If the issue arises due to construction quality, the company will bear the costs of materials and labor. However, for issues unrelated to product and construction quality, such as damage caused by vandalism or other forms of damage, the company will not acknowledge any liability. For improper use (such as scratches caused by human scratching or forcibly dragging heavy objects), the company will charge for the materials and labor costs incurred during maintenance, but this will not affect the warranty period or the settlement of fees.
All products of our company come with a three-year warranty and are provided with a certificate of inspection. Special personnel will visit the site for a follow-up after one year.
